The occasion was the Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Anti-Doping for Sport Programme held at the University of Lausanne, Switzerland from March 18-28, 2019. The programme which is being introduced for the first time in 2019, gave participants a better understanding of the issues involved in anti-doping.
