As set out in the ISTUE (for example, if an Athlete is granted a TUE by their National Anti-Doping Organisation (example JADCO) and then trains or competes in the country of another National Anti-Doping Organisation, that TUE will be valid if the athlete is then tested by such other National Anti-Doping Organisation.”
